Complete volunteer training requirements

All parent volunteers must complete the MCPS Child Abuse and Neglect online training and upload their COVID-19 vaccination information to ParentVue before coming into the school. We have heard from some parents that finding the right pages can be a challenge. Don't give up! We appreciate you completing this. This training is good for 3 years and will allow you to help out at many activities in the future, across MCPS, including being a Room Parent.

In case you missed the BRES volunteer training on how to complete these requirements, you can view the slides here.

Here are resources to help:

  • Here is a link to the training page.

  • Here is a link to a Guide to help you find the training in Parent Vue, and upload your COVID-19 vaccination information.

  • If you think you may have already been “cleared” you can check your PARENT RESOURCES tab in the PARENT VUE website. Email Patti Westenberg president@brespta.org and I can double check the previous clearance sheets for you.
