Help Us Make Sure BRES has a PTA Next Year!

The BRES PTA is looking for a leader for the 2022-2023 school year. The President organizes a minimum of 4 PTA general membership meetings per year and oversees the PTA communications, activities, and budget. No experience is necessary, just a passion for keeping our school great! The current president will be available to support and answer any questions throughout the year and we have a wonderful group of board member volunteers to organize activities.

Without a PTA President, our PTA will not exist next year! That means no school-wide picnics, room parent parties, teacher reimbursements, and more that you and your child have likely benefited from this year. Now is the time to get involved. Email info@brespta.org to learn more today. Our last chance for an election this school year is Tuesday, June 7.

It's Here! BRES Spring Book Fair May 16-20

We still need many parent volunteers to help out. Please consider signing up here for one or more shifts today!

What You Can Do to Help BRES Overcrowding

The BRES PTA Subcommittee on Overcrowding is asking you to write an email to County leadership asking them to act NOW to address overcrowding at school. The more voices we have, the more successful we will be.

We’ve shared the email addresses of Montgomery County leadership and drafted a letter template, which we encourage you to customize based on the options you and your family want MCPS to consider in finding solutions to overcrowding. Download the template Word document here and send your emails today.
