These sessions consist of an ice breaker/community builder and an open Q&A forum, with plenty of time to connect, clarify, and plan for success. BRES has begun to welcome adult volunteers back into the school building. Welcome back!
Per MCPS, all parent/caregiver volunteers must complete the MCPS Child Abuse and Neglect online training, and upload their COVID-19 vaccination information to ParentVue before coming into the school.

National Walk to School Day on October 6
Join your fellow students in walking to school on National Walk to School Day!
Info below! We need some parents to volunteer as walking group leaders. This is a BRES PTA organized activity. If you want to help or have suggestions, email us at programs@brespta.org. K students must be accompanied by parents.
Grades 2-5 Back to School Night on September 23
Back to School night is a time for parents to learn about the academics and organization of their child’s school and classroom. It will take place virtually from 6-7:30 p.m.
Schedule includes:
6:00-6:30pm: Main Session Welcome & Community Builder
6:00-6:30pm: Main Session Meet & Greet Community Building
6:30-7:10: Session 1, Grade-Level Presentations & Class-Specific Breakout Rooms
7:10-7:50: Session 2, Grade-Level Presentations & Class-Specific Breakout Rooms
7:50-8:00: Closure & Evaluation
